Available Licenses
Standard Commercial License
The Standard Commercial License is intended for individuals, freelancers, small businesses, and organizations with up to 20 employees.
You may:
- Use the assets in personal and commercial projects.
- Use in unlimited end products — apps, websites, and printed materials.
- Create deliverables for clients.
- Use the files in client work.
- Modify and customize the assets.
- Receive lifetime updates for your purchased pack.
Extended Commercial License
The Extended Commercial License is required for companies and organizations with more than 20 employees.
It includes everything in the Standard License along with permission for larger organizations to use the purchased libraries throughout their business operations.
License Restrictions
Regardless of the license purchased, you may not:
- Resell the original asset files.
- Redistribute the digital files.
- Share purchased files with others.
- Upload files to marketplaces or file-sharing websites.
- Include the files inside another digital product for resale.
- Claim GPUIKit designs as your own original work.
- Transfer your license to another individual or organization.
Intellectual Property
All designs available on GPUIKit remain the intellectual property of GPUIKit. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the files under the selected license but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Lifetime Updates
Every purchased pack includes lifetime updates. Whenever new assets or improvements are added to your purchased pack, you can download the updated version at no additional cost.
